2. Attendance of the Child

Many times, the parent is aware that the child has left home to go to school. But the parent is unaware if the child has boarded the bus or not. To eliminate this issue, Tracko School Bus Tracking System provides an RFID based Attendance Feature in which RFID  cards are provided to the students. These RFID cards are scanned by students on the RFID reader installed in the bus while boarding the bus and getting off from the bus. As soon as the RFID card is scanned, it is updated on the parent app. This helps ensure the parent about where their child has reached and what time the child has reached there.

3. Announcement Inbox-

Situations cannot be avoided. Even if a parent is able to track their child's journey, it is difficult to understand if the bus on which the student is traveling changes. It could be because of heavy traffic on the roads or an engine failure. In these situations, it is difficult to inform the parents. The parents are notified via the app, for example if the bus's engine fails and the bus and driver are replaced. One of the key features provided by Tracko is the Home Reach Function. This function is active only during the drop shift.A parent app marks each student's home location. When the student arrives home from the drop-off location, the parent can mark the status as "home reach."

This notifies the school that the child has returned home, and tickets can be issued if parents fail to provide updates. In these cases, management can take the necessary action.

5. Alerts 

It is commonly seen that when children leave for school, either they miss the bus because they get late or sometimes the bus itself is late. The majority of the time, both parents are working parents. This results in either parent picking up or dropping off the child. Tracko has a solution for this called Family login, which allows both parents to login in the parent app. This allows both parents to receive notifications and alerts, as well as track the bus when their child arrives and departs from school.

7. Support Center

Sometimes parents are concerned about certain issues or have questions about their child's safety, or they may be related to the application.
